1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of https://www.hhrpm.com and the Hallowed Homes platform operated by Hallowed Homes Realty and Property Management. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Staff accounts are created by invitation. Tenant, landlord and other party accounts are linked to a record created by Hallowed Homes; you may only access records that belong to you or your portfolio.
- We may suspend an account that is misused, insecure or in breach of these terms.
3. How the platform works
Hallowed Homes acts as the intermediary between landlords and tenants. Instructions, payments, repairs and notices pass through Hallowed Homes and are recorded. Notices are issued by Hallowed Homes; the platform is not a channel for direct messaging between tenants and landlords.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Amounts owed are set by the tenancy and charge records held on the platform. A payment is recorded only when the payment provider confirms it. Fees, refunds and disputes are handled under the tenancy agreement and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access records that are not yours, bypass security controls, or interfere with the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading or malicious content. Uploaded documents must be genuine.
- Do not use the platform to harass others or to make false complaints.
6. Documents, records and audit
Agreements, notices, receipts and statements generated by the platform are records of Hallowed Homes. Actions on the platform are logged for security and dispute resolution.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and will update these terms by posting them here.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hallowed Homes is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
