Landlords and tenants never negotiate across the table in our model. Every instruction, payment, repair and notice passes through Hallowed Homes, where it is recorded, approved and auditable.
How we operate
Hallowed Homes was founded in Accra to bring institutional practice to a market that had long been run on informal arrangements. Our officers work to defined mandates: property officers hold the physical estate, tenancy officers hold the contracts, finance holds the money, and compliance holds the relationship with the Rent Control Department.
Authority is enforced in software, not by convention. Thirteen roles carry distinct permissions, sensitive changes route through an approvals queue, and every mutation writes an immutable audit event naming the officer who made it.
Our commitments
- Rent is receipted on the day it is confirmed, without exception.
- Landlord settlements show gross collection, fees and expenses separately.
- Statutory filings are tracked to a named reference, and failed submissions are escalated rather than buried.
- Tenants deal with a named desk at Hallowed Homes, never with a landlord directly.
